Prosecutors have charged the 22 year old driver with murder and say he was speeding at 104mph on that section of Pacific Coast Highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nFraser Michael Bohm, 22, faces four counts of malice murder and four counts of gross vehicular manslaughter, L.A. County Dist. Atty. George Gasc\u00f3n said during a Wednesday news conference, adding that the charges stem from Bohm\u2019s \u201ccomplete disregard for the life of others.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Residents say that this 23 mile stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway has a problem with cars that are speeding. One neighbor who lived near the crash site called that part of the PCH a dead man’s curve, because that neighbor had seen so many vehicle crashes there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s tragic that instead of heading toward their last year at Pepperdine, these four lives have been lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
